Our Team

Brad Downing, President/CEO & Director of Sales

With a long history of being deeply entrenched within the Agricultural Industry, Brad’s beginning passion for farming began at a very young age. Growing up on his family’s farm, he learned how deep his passion for farming was. Brad’s vision of new ideas, and always wanting to challenge the status quo, led him to be very inquisitive. Wanting to learn more, Brad’s college choice lead him down the path of graduating from Purdue University in 2001, with a B.S in Agribusiness Management and a minor in Biology and Marketing. After Purdue, Brad's career started in the agricultural equipment industry, then, from 2003-2017 he built the foundation of his career in the seed industry.
His last position held was a lead role in Key Account management of progressive farms across the Midwest for a seed company. After Brad & Marsha’s third child was born, they felt that being in the agricultural corporate world was no longer the correct path in their life. Brad left that career and with encouragement from Marsha, they started Cross Creek Ag Solutions in August 2017 with a key focus on wanting to create a long-term family-based company. Thus, helping farm operations make key input decisions that would be surrounded by data integrity innovation transparency education and increased ROI.
Brad & Marsha’s farm, Cross Creek Farms Inc., plays a major role in the data and proving grounds for products Cross Creek Ag Solutions distributes and manufactures. If the products, or the agronomic system, will not produce long-term positive ROI’s on their farm, they won’t suggest for you to spend that investment for your farm.
